The Manor Road IT team supports Units and users working within the Manor Road building. The Manor Road IT team is responsible for the running and maintenance of the IT equipment and infrastructure within the building.

How we can help

The IT Office are able to help with most problems related to using the IT facilities provided by the group members (see below for the full list). This includes problems with your user account, printing, the equipment you use and related topics. However, the IT Office is not able to support problems with OUCS provided services or services such as swipe access to the building.
